Telstra needed an internal campaign to motivate their salespeople to sell a super amount. At Brains Design, we developed this concept for their Sales Superheroes campaign to inspire staff to go truly above and beyond.
To make dry sales stats fun, and help staff retain the info they needed to succeed, we created a tongue-in-cheek Telstra Sales Superhero Comic - that every salesperson could earn the chance to star in week-to-week. Each week's top seller would be written and drawn into the developing narrative as the Sales Superhero who saved the day.
At the conclusion of the campaign, the best and brightest received their own customised commemorative Superhero statue, and the full collected comic.
The campaign won gold at the Hermes Creative Awards.
